SHIPPING
In-stock items ordered Monday - Thursday are normally shipped within 24 hours. Items ordered Friday - Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Holidays excepted. If an item is out-of-stock or shipping may take longer we will contact you via the email address you used with your order.
All products are shipped UPS.
We can not ship to PO Boxes from this online store at this time. Please call us at 707-963-3198 to make arrangements for our retail location to ship items USPS.
We currently ship only to US addresses.
RETURNS
Merchandise must be received within 21 days in original, sellable condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form may result in prolonged processing of your return.

Hold on to your shipping receipt and a copy of the packing slip until you have received your refund.
